Our seven hospices routinely offer counselling to the bereaved and, in recent years, alternative therapies such as massage, reiki and reflexology – including, at our Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice in West Yorkshire, hypnotherapy. What to do if you struggle with days like Mother’s Day
