Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice
Can you help us to be there when it matters?
Our palliative care is free for patients and their families, but it costs us £4.7 million per year to provide it, which equates to £13,000 per day.
Last year our services provided 130,000 hours of support to patients and their families across Berkshire.

We urgently need more supporters to organise events and take part in fundraising challenges
At Sue Ryder, we rely on our creative, energetic supporters. Their wonderful fundraising efforts enable us to continue to provide expert care to our local community.
Not only do our supporters raise a huge amount of money towards our services, but they also help to spread the word about Sue Ryder so more people know about the expert care we offer and how we can help patients and their families.
Fundraising for Sue Ryder is a great way to meet new people, help to develop your skills and ensure that we can continue to provide care to local families when they need us the most.
Our fundraising team is here to support you every step of the way and help you to achieve your fundraising goals.

Make a donation
£21 could pay for one hour of our expert care, helping people live the best life they possibly can, while £60 could provide one session of bereavement counselling for someone struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one. We’re always grateful for every donation, however big or small.
