Face to Face fundraising FAQs

All feedback is welcome as this helps us to provide a better experience for our supporter’s and fundraisers. You can contact our Supporter Care team by emailing Supportercare@sueryder.org or by calling 0207 554 5985.

If you have chosen to support us with a Direct Debit, whether as a Friend of Sue Ryder or by playing the Sue Ryder Weekly Lottery, your details will be securely sent to be processed.

If you have provided an email address, you should receive immediate confirmation we have received your details. You’ll also receive a welcome letter within 14 days advising you when your first payment will be taken along with all the information you will need.

If you have consented to hear from us through email, telephone or post, you can also expect to receive additional communications from us in this way.

Yes you can! We have various different ways to make a donation online in support of our expert care.

You can also become a Friend of Sue Ryder by setting up a regular gift to us or play our Lottery, including the weekly draw.
