International Nurses Day 2025
08 May 2025
International Nurses Day takes place on 12th May. It is organised by the International Council of Nurses. The date was chosen to mark the birthday of Florence Nightingale.
The goal of the day is to celebrate nurses and promote the expertise, skills and dedication that is essential for healthy communities.
We're taking the opportunity to share stories from nurses at each of our hopsice and care centres.
