Stuart Hudson
Stuart Hudson is a Partner at the consulting firm Brunswick where he advises companies on mergers and acquisitions, regulation and public policy.
Previously Stuart served at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) as Senior Director of Strategy, a member of the Executive Committee and an adviser to the Board. During the global financial crisis he was appointed a Special Adviser to Prime Minister Gordon Brown and, prior to that, he was Head of Government Affairs at the energy regulator, Ofgem. He originally trained in European competition policy with the Office of Fair Trading.
Stuart holds a BA in History and Politics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Finance from the University of London.
