We always welcome donations and accept electricals as well as the usual clothing, bric-a-brac, books and music. We also upcycle and repurpose donated items which we sell as ‘saved’ goods in store.

Volunteering

We also welcome volunteers from all walks of life. Currently our team spans an age range of 18 to 89 years. We have links with several local community groups and schools and join in with varied local events and activities.

Visiting by car

The shop’s postal address reflects its front door which opens onto the pedestrian-only footpath of Church Lane - a fact which confuses users of satnav. If coming by car and using satnav use Half Moon St as the address to find the nearest vehicular access. There is a loading bay opposite the Half Moon Pub on Half Moon Street.
