Aldeburgh: a calm and relaxing seaside town
Aldeburgh is a very pretty and popular seaside town lying on the River Alde. Our Sue Ryder shop is located in the High Street, next door to the highly popular local butcher. The town has breathtaking views and walks both seawards and along the river; the atmosphere of the town is very calm and relaxing. There are also several very good fish and chip shops, award winning restaurants, cafes and several excellent pubs as well as a variety of interesting shops.
Over 25 years in town
The Aldeburgh shop has been in the town for over 25 years. Though it is small in size it is filled with hidden gems and good quality donated clothes, books, bric-a-brac and seasonal new goods. The shop is very fortunate to receive lots of excellent donations from the local community.
