Meet Team Incredible
Meet your #TeamIncredible Captains, read about the awesome experience that other members of Team Incredible have had and find out why you should become part of the Sue Ryder team.

At Sue Ryder, we’ve given the supporters who take on our events the name ‘Team Incredible’ because they do the legwork (literally!) to raise the vital funds that we as a charity need to continue providing our palliative, neurological and bereavement support.
The hashtag #TeamIncredible is pretty handy, too.
Why should I join Team Incredible?
All Team Incredible members receive:
- a Sue Ryder running vest
- fundraising tips and encouragement from our friendly events team
- top-notch training advice, plans and support from our professional running coach, Nick Anderson of www.runningwithus.com
- a fabulous post-race celebration for you and your family
- the knowledge that they have made a difference to the lives of people with life-limiting conditions across the UK.
How do I join Team Incredible?
All you need to do to become a member is sign up for one of our challenge events.
We know that every member of our team is one of a kind, which is why we offer such a wide variety of challenges – from runs and overseas treks to cycle sportives or something completely different…

Meet some members of Team Incredible
Every one of our Team Incredible members is special, and many of them have personal connections to our hospices or neurological centres.
On our Events News & Blog, some of our challenge fundraisers share their stories, motivations and tips for getting the most out of fundraising.

Lisa Richardson took on the London Marathon
"My motivation for signing up for the London Marathon was my bestie Amy and her diagnosis of terminal ovarian cancer. She has been the driving force of our fundraising."

Say hello to your #TeamIncredible Captains
Your Team Incredible Captains are on hand to provide advice, training support and fundraising tips. We’ll be in touch regularly in the build up to provide ideas and encouragement to get you through training, and then we hope to see you on race day to support you on the course and celebrate together at the finish.
With emails, phone calls, video and audio tools, not to mention the best kit around, at Sue Ryder you have your own dedicated support team to help you make the most of your event experience.
