It’s not always easy to talk to friends and family. They may be grieving themselves or simply not understand how you feel.

If you’re looking for someone to talk with face-to-face, Sue Ryder Grief Kind Spaces are in-person, informal drop-in sessions, providing an opportunity for people who have been bereaved to share their feelings and experiences with one another.

Our Online Bereavement Community is a supportive space where people can connect with others who are grieving, share their feelings, and offer support to one another.
