We provide grief support for everyone who needs it.

We provide end-of-life care and support to people in their last few weeks or final days.

Online Bereavement Support

Access a range of support including free video counselling, an online community, plus advice and resources.

Last year, over 8,700 people were cared for by our hospice teams at home or in one of our centres.

Our end-of-life care

Over 220,000 people used our Online Bereavement Community in 2023/24.
