Delivery and collection

Our shop is a short distance from both the train station and local bus stops - customers can also take advantage of one-hour free parking in Sainsbury’s car park, as well as a loading bay on the main High Street.

For any large item purchases we can provide a delivery service, alongside a free furniture collection service. You can call our furniture collection line on 03330 031 883.

Your kind donations can be brought in through the front door - please remember to ask about Gift Aid.

If you have furniture items to bring to the shop, please check with the shop manager first to ensure we have the space to store them. Please don't leave your generous donations outside the shop when we're closed, thank you.

Please note, we're unable to accept donations of the following:

Beds, mattresses or headboards, baby equipment, children's clothes or toys, electrical items without plugs or CE markings, white goods, curtains, towels and bedding.

Volunteering

Our friendly team are always in need of volunteers. If you have a few hours free each week and would like to help support our team and Sue Ryder, we would love to hear from you. Just pop in for a chat.
