Sue Ryder Celebrate a Life Peterborough (previously Lights of Love) is an opportunity to come together with family, friends and the local community, to celebrate and remember someone special.
Remember and reflect upon the lives of loved ones
We warmly invite you to join us for our annual Sue Ryder Celebrate a Life Peterborough event this December.
The event is an opportunity to remember and reflect upon special memories of loved ones. It is a chance to give thanks, leave a dedication in memory and celebrate the lives of people who have died that mean so much to us.
Celebrate a Life is open to anyone who wishes to commemorate a loved one, regardless of when they died and if they were a patient of Sue Ryder.
Register to join us at Celebrate a Life
Celebrate a life with family and friends
It is an opportunity to write a personal dedication to your loved one, listen to readings and music, share memories of those who mean so much to you, and add their name to our dedication screen in advance via our registration form.
If you wish to write your handwritten dedication in advance please email us at fundraising@sueryder.org
You will be able to chat to others and share precious memories, as well as find out about our bereavement support and Grief Kind Spaces.
There will also be refreshments provided for all attendees.

Caring for families across the country
Last year over 8,100 people were cared for by Sue Ryder in our hospices or in their own homes, including from our Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice.
At Sue Ryder, we offer a range of free bereavement services that can help you live with loss.
Christmas Eve candle lighting
Join us on Facebook alongside hundreds of other people this Christmas Eve from the comfort of your home, to light a candle in memory of loved ones in a moment of reflection.
