Sue Ryder Christmas Treecycling Airedale, Wharfedale and The Dales
Date
7th January 2023 - 15th January 2023Registration for the Sue Ryder Christmas Treecycling Airedale, Wharfedale and The Dales is now closed.
Recycle your Christmas tree and help support our care
We're branching out and encouraging local residents in Airedale, Wharfedale and The Dales to recycle their real trees through our Christmas Treecycling service. In return for a donation, we'll collect your real Christmas trees for recycling, to raise vital funds for Sue Ryder.
Over the festive period we continue to support patients at all of our hospices, neurological centres and out in the community, making sure their Christmas can be spent in the way they wish to spend it with their loved ones around them.
You can help people make every moment count this Christmas and beyond.
This green scheme will raise vital funds so Sue Ryder can continue offering its compassionate end-of-life care and bereavement support, helping our specialist teams be there when it matters. In return for your donation, we will collect your real Christmas trees direct from your garden or driveway and recycle them.
With your help we can support even more people. Your gift, no matter how big or small, will help to make a difference.
Sue Ryder volunteers will be kindly supported by Skipton Self Drive, Keighley Tree Services and the Settle District of Young Farmer's Clubs.
Where we'll be collecting
We'll be out and about from Saturday 7th January until Sunday 15th January 2023 in these postcodes:
BD13, BD14, BD15, BD16, BD17, BD18, BD20, BD21, BD22, BD23, BD24, LS29
In BD24 and the villages of Bentham, Ingleton, Clapham, Austwick, Lawkland and Eldroth you will need to book your collection with the Settle District of Young Farmers Clubs, who we're partnering with in these areas.
Tree quantity and size
If you are requiring collection of three or more Christmas trees, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us by calling 01535 640 430 or emailing manorlands.fundraising@sueryder.org
For all areas we have a tree height limit of 10ft and ask that all decorations and pots are removed. If you live in a location which is remote or difficult to reach with a large van or pick up, we kindly ask that you don't register your tree and instead support us in another way in the near future.
