Our friendly team are looking forward to seeing you

Find a pre-loved treasure in our large and welcoming shop. You can watch our team creating beautiful upcycled items in our Upcycle and Repair Workshop and browse our many items that have been lovingly restored, refurbished or repaired.

Alongside the Upcycling Workshop, the Maidstone shop offers a large range of clothing, refurbished white goods at bargain prices, homewares and so much more.

We are open seven days a week and look forward to welcoming you to our shop soon!

A more caring way to shop

At Sue Ryder, we go the extra mile to give everyone compassionate care. And we believe this care should extend to the world we live in too.

So when you shop with in-store or online – you’ll not only be supporting people at the end of their life and those who are struggling with grief – you’ll be helping to care for the planet too.

Convenient location

You’ll find us at the end of Week Street, opposite Brenchley Park and the shop is a five-minute walk from the Chequers Centre in one direction and Maidstone East Train station in the other. Parking is convenient and close by in either of Brewer Street’s two car parks.

Donating your items

We are always grateful for your generous donations, which can be brought in through the front of the shop. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we can no longer receive donations at the back of the shop.

Looking to join our team? Volunteer with us
