Terms and conditions, and disclaimer, for the Haworth at Christmas Charity Parking.

Registration
Every person wishing to use the charity parking service must fill in their own registration form online [(or pay cash on the gate, subject to availability of spaces)].
The Charity Parking service is only for passenger cars and small, car sized vehicles. Larger vehicles are prohibited.
Parking Fees
An entry fee of £6.00 is payable for every vehicle which uses the charity parking service, regardless of the number of passengers.
Refunds
The entry fee for Haworth Christmas Charity Parking is non-transferable and non-refundable (save in the circumstances outlined below).
Postponements/cancellations
Due to unexpected health and safety reasons on the day, the Haworth Christmas event may have to be cancelled, or the car parking service may have to be cancelled for example, snow, ice very high winds or lightening).
In this situation parking fees will be refunded.
Parking times
On booking, you will be sent an email with the location of your car park.
The time window to arrive between is 10am and 12 noon, you are welcome to leave your car in position until 10pm. We cannot guarantee you parking space if you arrive after 12 noon and no refunds will be given in that situation.
Liability
This service is operated by Sue Ryder in conjunction with Christmas in Haworth. All participants take part in this charity car park scheme at their own risk. Sue Ryder, Christmas in Haworth and all of the land owners providing parking spaces accept no responsibility for any death or personal injury or damage to vehicles either whilst parking or whilst entering or exiting the car park as a result of taking part in this event in the absence of negligence or breach of statutory duty on the part of Sue Ryder.
Sue Ryder accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage to any participant’s property. Personal accident and public liability insurance cover is advised to cover any loss, damage or injury you may sustain yourself or to your personal property or cause to a third party or their property.
Additionally, all vehicles must be covered by at least a third party liability motor insurance policy. Your name on the entry form confirms your acceptance of these conditions of entry.
Data Protection
Please be aware that by registering online you authorise Sue Ryder to process your personal and sensitive data in accordance with the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 for the purposes of providing and administering the parking service.
By ticking the terms and conditions box on our registration form, you agree to Sue Ryder using your personal and sensitive data for the purposes outlined above.

Animals
Participants are permitted to bring well behaved dogs, but these must be kept on a short lead at all times whilst in the car parks and be cleaned up after.
I hereby apply to use the charity parking service. I understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the service (above), and the rules of the organisers and agree to act with consideration for others whilst participating.
I agree that I will follow the instructions given by the event organisers and stewards.
I acknowledge that Sue Ryder reserves the right to eject anybody who unreasonably fails to comply with stewards’ instructions.
