Wingwalking Experience

Flown by a wingwalking display pilot, you will take to the skies on the top wing of a Boeing Stearman biplane and experience an exciting series of flypasts, zoom climbs, steep dives and banks in front of the family and friends you bring along on the day.

Before you taxi across the beautiful airfield ready for take-off, you can expect to be overwhelmed with excitement from the roar of the 450hp engine and the propeller in front of you hitting speeds of 760mph.

Your adrenaline will hit new heights as the aircraft builds momentum for lift off!

Feel the sense of freedom as you fly through the air, taking in the stunning views surrounding our airfield, whilst waving to your friends and family down below.

There are two dates available for the 2025 Wingwalking Experience:

• Thursday 31st July
• Wednesday 24th September

By signing up for this Wingwalking experience, you’ll be committing to raise at least £900.

• If you signed up to the Thursday 31st July date, you’ll need to have raised at least £500 three weeks before the event (10th July 2025)
• If you signed up to the Wednesday 24th September date, you’ll need to have raised £500 three weeks before the event (3rd September 2025)

You’ll have six weeks after your event date to pay in any remaining donations.
