How much are tickets?

Tickets are £90 per person or £850 for a table of 10.

Is accommodation available at the hotel?

Yes. The hotel is pleased to offer bedrooms at discounted rates:

• £160 Bed & Breakfast (single occupancy)
• £180 Bed & Breakfast (double occupancy)

To book, guests must call the hotel directly on 01780 782 223 and mention they are attending the Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice Winter Ball.

Guests will be asked to provide contact details and card details at the time of booking.

Rooms are pre-paid and non-refundable at the time of booking.

Is parking available?

Yes, complimentary parking is available at the hotel and guests are welcome to leave their car overnight.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely. We are happy to cater for dietary requirements and allergies.

Please notify us in advance when selecting your menu choices. The full menu will be available soon on this page.

If you require the menu in the meantime, we can email you this once you've booked your place.

What time does the event start and finish?

Arrivals are from 6.30pm and carriages are at midnight.

Guests who are staying at the hotel will have access to the hotel bar, which is open 24/7

What is the dress code?

The dress code is Black Tie / Formal Evening Wear.

Can I pay individually if booking a table?

Yes, we can arrange individual payments if needed. Please contact Leonie to discuss your preference.

Will there be fundraising activities on the night?

Yes! The evening will include a raffle, auction and other fundraising activities to support Sue Ryder. We recommend bringing a mixture of card and cash for additional donations and prize purchases.
