Thames Path Challenge 2026
Whether you're a walker and new to challenge events, an experienced trekker or seasoned ultra runner, you can take on the Thames Path Challenge in your own way. Run, jog or walk a variety of distances and challenging routes from the 24km quarter challenge through to the full continuous 100km.

There's no better setting for a trek; whether you're going through Windsor, Richmond and Hampton Court or across the iconic London Bridges.
You'll get full support and hospitality from the Action Challenge team with snacks and drinks, as well as a glass of fizz and a medal when you cross the finish line.
How to sign up
- To sign up, head to the link below and select your fundraising type.
- You could pay for your place in full, or select sponsorship or mixed funding and we'll support you every step of the way to meet your fundraising target.
- Then select 'sign up for a listed charity.'
- Select your challenge option at the checkout, and register or log into your account.
- When you fill in your personal details, you can select Sue Ryder as your chosen charity.
