Dress code: Black tie and cocktail attire requested (Go glam and pre-loved for this event!)
Held in the magnificent Merchant Taylors’ Hall, this evening promises to be a spectacular celebration of sustainable fashion.
The evening will be hosted by Sue Ryder ambassador and TV presenter Richard Arnold, with speeches from Sue Ryder, Lloyds Bank and UAL.
There will be two stunning showcases of pre-loved and repurposed fashion, created by the talented Level 3 International: Introduction to the Study of Fashion students - Absence of Colour and Sleep in Beauty.
On the night, you can also enjoy:
- a delicious three-course meal crafted from sustainably sourced ingredients
- live music from Courtier Music
- our charity fundraising raffle
- a luxury silent auction
- Sue Ryder Pop-Up Shop selling pre-loved finds sourced from Sue Ryder’s 400 charity shops.
Our first event in 2023 raised over £70,000, and with your support, we aim to exceed that amount this year. Every pound raised will go towards Sue Ryder's end-of-life care and bereavement support, ensuring everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need.

Inspiring people to rethink their wardrobe
The fast fashion industry is having a devastating impact on our planet, contributing to excessive waste, water pollution, and carbon emissions, making it one of the most pressing sustainability issues of our time.
Last year alone, Sue Ryder diverted nearly one million bags from landfill, proving that fashion can be both stylish and sustainable. By choosing pre-loved fashion, we not only help the environment, but also contribute to a meaningful cause.
We hope to inspire people to rethink their wardrobe. Breathe new life into old garments, upcycle an accessory or consider charity retail before buying new.
Small changes in our fashion choices can make a big difference, and together, we can champion a more sustainable and ethical approach to fashion.
