Why run the Cardiff Half Marathon?

The event is known for its flat, fast course and scenic route through the city's iconic landmarks. It's a great event for both experienced runners and beginners, attracting thousands of participants each year.

The race starts on Castle Street, continuing past the Principality Stadium and Cardiff City Stadium to Penarth. The runners then cross the barrage back to Cardiff Bay, before looping around Roath Park Lake and finishing in the civic centre.

The Cardiff Half Marathon is part of the SuperHalfs series, a global series of prestigious half marathons.
