Course description

This course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and manage patients with sepsis.

You’ll learn how to describe sepsis, recognise its risk factors and signs, as well as the key elements of sepsis management.

Sepsis is a life-threatening condition that can progress rapidly, so recognising its signs and symptoms early is crucial for initiating prompt intervention.

Early detection and treatment significantly improve the chances of a positive outcome for the patient.
