Grief Kind Spaces

Sue Ryder Grief Kind Spaces give people who are grieving access to informal, in-person, peer-to-peer support in their local area.

Weekly, in-person drop-in sessions in the local community

Our Grief Kind Spaces offer a safe, informal, and supportive environment for people to come together and share their experiences of grief, helping attendees feel heard and less alone.

The sessions are welcoming, inclusive, and open to anyone over 18 who has experienced a bereavement. Whether you want to attend regularly to connect with others in similar situations or just drop in for a quick chat, you're welcome to join us.

The spaces are volunteer-led, with volunteers receiving training and guidance to help attendees connect with each other and share their experiences of grief through peer-to-peer support.
