Coping with grief at Christmas

Whether it’s your first Christmas without someone, or they died many years ago, you might find that your grief is more intense throughout the holiday season. If you’re struggling to cope during this time, we’re here to help.

Last year, over 9,400 people were cared for by our hospice teams at home or in one of our centres.

Over 220,000 people used our Online Bereavement Community in 2023/24.
