Sue Ryder Christmas Treecycling Leeds

Out of time, transport or energy to dispose of your real Christmas tree this year? Sign up for Sue Ryder’s Christmas Treecycling collection service in Leeds from Thursday 9th January to Tuesday 14th January 2025.

Recycle your Christmas tree this January and help support our care

Our team of friendly, reliable volunteers will collect your real Christmas tree direct from your front door, front garden or driveway and recycle it into wood chippings to be used in local parks or woodlands, or turned into biofuels.

Book your tree collection

Collection capacity is limited, so please book your Christmas tree collection today.

Sue Ryder does not make any money from chipping the collected trees, so your donations help our care teams be there when it matters.

4,000

hours of expert care funded thanks to donations from our last Treecycling collection

With an optional donation to Sue Ryder, your Christmas tree could become the gift of expert care and support for seriously ill people and their loved ones, so that no one need die or grieve alone.

Caring for families across the country

Last year, Sue Ryder provided palliative care and bereavement support to thousands of families across the country, including from its Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice.

Your kind donations allow us to continue providing support for families in the local community.

  • £12.50 could help fund a home visit from a Sue Ryder Nurse.
  • £25 could help fund one of our specialist nurses.
  • £65 could help fund a therapy session for a seriously ill patient.
  • £100 could fund four hours of expert care and compassion.
