Tracey's story
Tracey’s father, David, was cared for by a Sue Ryder Hospice at Home team during the final two weeks of his life in 2023. David had always expressed his wish to die at home – and thanks to the expert care by the team, this was honoured.

Penny's story
Penny was cared for at home in her final months by our palliative care hub in South Oxfordshire. After she died aged 84, she left a generous gift in her Will to thank the Sue Ryder Nurses who supported her.
