Take on the Thames Path Challenge following England's greatest river - most will be walking, many will jog, some will be running, and all will have a special reason to push themselves.

Follow England’s greatest river with 3,000 other challengers. The full 100km route heads upstream from Putney Bridge past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta fame at 50km, then on past wonderful scenery all the way to Henley. Choose from the Full 100km, either Half or any Quarter section!

Push yourself further - 100km Full Challenge, with Half & Quarter options also available. You’ll get full support and hospitality all the way, leaving you to focus on your challenge.

There are a couple of options when it comes to picking how you want to take part in this amazing event. Either full charity sponsorship where you pay a small registration fee and do more fundraising, or the mixed funding option where you pay a higher contribution to the cost of your place and fundraise to a smaller target.

For example, the Full Challenge with the charity sponsorship option has a £15 registration fee plus £595 in fundraising, whereas with the mixed funding option has a £99 registration fee and a £299 fundraising target.
