Since 1997 Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice has been running a joint lottery with St Gemma's Hospice to help support the vital work of the only two local hospices in Leeds.
Every year the lottery helps raise more than £150,000 for Wheatfields Hospice alone. This is a significant amount of income for the hospice, which goes a long way to help support the invaluable services we provide to local people and their loved ones at our hospice and within the community.
Subscribe to help us make a difference
By playing our Lottery over a year you can help us make a real difference, for example:
- £1 per week – could pay for a bereavement session for a grieving relative
- £2 per week – could cover the cost of a day’s care from a trained hospice nurse
- £3 per week – could ensure a Hospice at Home nurse has a mobile working bag with all the kit they need to care for someone out in the community
If you’re 18 years or older you can register to play our lottery on the Hospice Lottery website.
