Referral process

If you would like to be referred, or refer someone else, to our care please download and send back our hospice referral form. You can also call us on 01242 230 199 to discuss how our care could help.

Is there parking at the hospice?

Yes, there is free on-site parking at the hospice. On busy days we can make the grass available to park on but please check the signs first. Disabled parking is available alongside the day hospice building and there is wheelchair access via a ramp to the right of the front entrance.

What are the visiting times?

There are no restrictions on visiting times and it is sometimes possible for family members to stay overnight with you at the hospice. This would need to be discussed with the nursing staff in charge first. There is no charge for this service.

Can pets visit me at the hospice?

Yes, well-behaved pets are very welcome to visit the hospice. Please ask a member of the nursing team if you would like to arrange this.

Do I need to bring my own food?

Leckhampton Court has an in-house catering team that prepare and cook three meals a day. We have an extensive menu with the aim of encouraging you to eat well whilst you are in the hospice. We will always do our best to cater to your individual taste.

Tea and coffee making facilities are also available for visitors in the family lounge. Visitors can also pre-order food from the menu and pay at reception. Additionally there is a microwave in the lounge where you are welcome to heat up your own food.

How much does it cost to stay at the hospice?

The service that we provide is free of charge to patients. We rely on the generosity of our local supporters to raise funds to cover the majority of our running costs. If you would like to support Leckhampton Court through fundraising please call us on 01242 246 285 and we would be happy to talk with you about the different ways that you can help.
