Residents require inidividual support to enable them to maximise the full potential for our IT equipment and to complement the staff who are already here. This would entail a volunteer buddying up with a resident on a regular basis and helping them to navigate their way through things such as e-mailing or playing a simple game or building a jig-saw. Time would be required to build a relationship and trust.
