Witney: our Sue Ryder shop and much more
The 13th century church of St. Marys, a Buttercross rebuilt in 1683, a historic woollen blanket trade, museums, fantastic shopping – big names and independents - and great places to eat: these are just some of the many reasons that people visit the picturesque town of Witney.
Not to mention its proximity to the City of Oxford, a twice weekly market, the smell of brewing hops from the town’s brewery, some lovely riverside walks or around the Witney Lake - and free parking to top it all off!
Prime location: look for the glass
You will find your Sue Ryder in a prime location on the corner of Corn Street and the High Street – we’re the one with all the glass! We pride ourselves on the great quality donations that we are given and stock ladies, men’s and kid’s wear as well as books, entertainment and bric-a-brac – we even had one of our recent pieces onto the Antiques Roadshow.
A fantastic range of new goods for the home, lots of wool, doll’s houses and their furniture and a growing music department makes us a great place to visit.
The team looks forward to giving you a very warm welcome – so do pop in and say hello.
