Swanage: beautiful town boasting beaches and more

Swanage is a beautiful quaint small town boasting a spectacular sandy beach and access to the breathtaking Purbeck Hills and surrounding area, which includes the famous Studland beach, Corfe Castle, Wareham and Poole to name a few.

Great community spirit

Swanage has a great community spirit; everyone is so friendly and helpful.

There is also a range of independent shops catering for all tastes. Just about anything can be found between visiting all the shops, so your shopping desires will surely be fulfilled.

New stock throughout the day

Our Sue Ryder shop here in Swanage is a must to visit every day as new stock is put out daily, throughout the day - so you never know what surprises await you. We stock a whole range of high quality clothes, a wide range of novels for curling up with at night, or if you prefer to listen to a CD or watch a film we have those in abundance too.

There are plenty of car parks, be it on the sea front or behind the shops. There is also the opportunity of parking at nearby Norden or Corfe and enjoying a ride on the steam train into Swanage.

Bump into a celeb

Thelma Barlow from Coronation Street is one regular visitor to our lovely shop. Jonathon Ross also lives in Swanage, as does Wilmot-Brown from Eastenders – so you never know who you might bump into.
