Day-trippers and holidaymakers

Our Sue Ryder Filey shop is situated in a small seaside town on the North Yorkshire coast, so we get plenty of day-trippers and holidaymakers that visit looking for something they have forgotten or something to take back home.

Our staff and volunteers are always welcoming and the shop always looks tidy and well-stocked, with plenty of eye-catching displays on gondal tops, shelves and in the window which encourages customers to come in and take a look.

We keep the shop floor fresh

We have lots of regular gift aid donors that bring donations to our shop, and we ensure every donor is asked about gift aid.

Fresh stock is put out daily as our volunteers are busy in the back sorting and processing donations, making sure the shop floor is always full of new items.

Clean, inviting and helpful

Our regular customers know that if they are looking for something, we will always help them to find it. We get plenty of customers commenting on how clean and inviting the shop looks and how helpful we are.

You can find us on Belle Vue Street, one of the main roads to the sea front.
