Alcester: market town from Roman times

Alcester is a delightful market town dating from Roman times, situated approximately six miles west of Stratford-upon-Avon, and our Sue Ryder shop has been proudly opened since 1992.

There is a very strong feeling of community spirit in Alcester: we have pancake races, street fairs and festivals throughout the year taking place along the High Street - which has a range of buildings dating from the 13th century to present day.

Central shop with a wide range

Our shop is centrally-located, situated near to the Post Office. We have a wide range of good quality clothes and accessories for men and women spanning high street fashion to designer labels. We also have an interesting and unusual collection of bric-a-brac and a well-stocked book and media selection. We also stock a range of new goods including cards, sweets, wool, household and seasonal items.

We are a caring and friendly team, so come and see us and buy some bargains. If you want a few hours volunteering a week you could sign up as well.
