Virtual challenges

Do you dream of conquering some of the worlds most famous challenges, but you just can't get away?

Don't worry, you can complete your very own challenge and do it all in familiar surroundings.

All you need to do is choose your route and decide how you will complete your distance then you'll be ready to start clocking up your miles. You can do this on your own over a number of gym visits, or you and a group of friends could take on one big distance and see if you can complete it one go. If you have a competitive edge, why not challenge your friends, family or colleagues to a race.

If you need inspiration why not read about Sue Ryder's very first virtual challenger and Sue Ryder resident Adrian Sluce.
