We support people living through the challenges of life-changing illness. We support people in our residential and day centres, day clinics, in the community or at home. We help people affected by cancer, multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, stroke, brain injury and life changing illnesses.

Each of our 350 shops has the challenge of organising their own Ride for Ryder event and to raise more than £250.

Last year there were many interesting and creative events. From riding an exercise bike in the shop window, to a raffle with riding prizes, to a riding themed karaoke night. Pop into your local shop and find out what they will be riding this summer. You can join in and ride a mile on their exercise bike, buy a raffle ticket, or have a go on an electronic bucking bronco. Help your local shop raise £250 to cover the cost of a specialist nurse for two days.
