Our specialist palliative care helps people with a range of respite, day and end of life care services from 7 hospices across the UK.

We understand and care for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the individual, their friends and family throughout their illness.

Our palliative care services provide support for people in 3 ways:

• in-patient care
• day services
• care at home

Who delivers our palliative care?

Care is delivered by specialist multidisciplinary teams who are all experts in palliative care. They talk to each person individually to find out exactly what they need to help them to live their lives. And endeavour to achieve the best quality of life for each person.
