We support people living through the challenges of life-changing illness. We support people in our residential and day centres, day clinics, in the community or at home. We help people affected by cancer, multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, stroke, brain injury and life changing illnesses.

Get Hairy!

Here are just a few ideas to get you started with your hair-raising fundraising…

At hairdressers

Hold a raffle or special day when £2 from every haircut goes to Sue Ryder. Or ask them to get Corporate Cutting and cut hair for staff at a local business in exchange for donations.

At school

Hold a crazy hair day and ask your classmates to wear wigs or colour spray their hair! Even hold a crazy hair celeb look-alike competition!

In the office

Sponsor your boss shave his head or wax his legs! Or get that Friday feeling by wearing wigs for the day!

Down the pub

Get the bar staff involved with growing or losing their hair and collect money for Sue Ryder for the whole month of Febru-hairy!
