Blissful re-opening to Coldspring Mill knitting yarn section

24 August 2011

Famous knitwear designer Debbie Bliss is to be special guest at the re-launch of Coldspring Mill’s knitting yarn section on the evening of Thursday 29th September which will benefit Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice.

The Cullingworth based outdoor clothing and knitting outlet has recently completed a refurbishment of its yarn section which has been re-branded ‘Knitter’s Paradise.’  Ms Bliss will entertain guests with a talk on her designs and yarns as well as a book signing.  Her appearance has been organised by Keighley Firm, Designer Yarns.  The event is limited to 100 places and tickets are available from Coldspring Mill on a first come first served basis.  The cost is £5 per ticket all of which will go to the Oxenhope based hospice.    Guests will also be treated to a complementary drink at reception. The event will run between 4pm and 8pm and ticket holders are welcome to come along at anytime between these times.

Coldspring Mill owner Adam Wood said, “Debbie Bliss is a big name in the Knitting world and hopefully her presence will ensure a successful event and raise a large amount for such a worthy local cause in the process.”
