Charity cricket match for Sue Ryder

On 20th August 30 Gala Coral employees battled it out at their charity cricket match organized by Gala Bingo in Woking. They raised £300 from the day for Sue Ryder. 

Patrick Reilly, Club Operations Manager for Gala Bingo in Woking decided to organize a charity cricket match for Sue Ryder. Dave Robson Gala Coral Regional Manager, London & South said: "Gala are delighted to support Sue Ryder with events like our charity cricket day - everyone had a great time and we raised a lot of money for a great cause"

The feedback from the day was great, everyone had such a good time and the tournament was such a success that they hope to make it an annual event.  

Gabriela Potworowska, Area Fundraising Manager for Sue Ryder, added: “All money raised from fundraising events such as this cricket match will help us continue to provide compassionate care to hundreds of people each year living with complex conditions. We are really grateful for the continued support of The Gala Coral Group, the fundraising ideas that the employees organize are excellent and everyone always has a great time at the events.”
