Grange Farm Studio Hangout Charity Gig

17 March 2010

Thanks to all who came down and supported the Grange Farm Studio Hangout Charity Gig on Sunday 7th March. We raised £324 for Sue Ryder Charity as well as having a great afternoon. The funds have been safely delivered to Thorpe Hall and the charity expressed their gratitude.

Special thanks to all our 7 acts who played; The Huns, Rafferty McKelvey, Peter Appleyard, Two Free, Blues Time Out, Lexie Green, and DJ Terry.

A special mention to Derek, on keyboards, who inspired us and lead us to host this fantastic event, after his personal experience with Sue Ryder. Isi Clarke, Grange Farm Studio Head Engineer said “We had such a brilliant afternoon during this second Hangout gig. It was a wonderful surprise that Elme Hall Hotel generously agreed to donate all door money directly to charity. This venue is really working hard to keep live music alive and the vibe is brilliant -especially with the stunning new light show!!”.
