Georgina Smee takes on the Virgin London Marathon 2010

1 February 2010

Georgina Smee has signed up to join the thousands of runners who take to the streets of London every year. Georgina will be training in hot and sandy Dubai and is determined to break in her running shoes to cross the finish line on the 25th April.

Georgina said 'The work undertaken by this charity means a lot to me and my family having experienced first hand the agony of caring for my father during his battle with cancer. If you would like to sponsor me for this challenge, I would be supergrateful for a donation of any size to this champion cause and, of course, for support track-side on 25 April!’

It will be such a fantastic achievement once Georgina crosses the finish line and if you would like to support Georgina in her challenge you can sponsor her online at: www.justgiving.com/georginasmee

Good Luck to all our runners!
