Personalisation is a term the government uses to describe services that are shaped by an individuals needs and wishes.

To us, personalisation means that each service should be tailor-made to the specifications of each service user.

As we embed this principle into our services, we must make sure the government does everything it can to make this a reality.

Moving forward

We have a long history of providing services that people want.

But we can always do better.

This is why we want to shape and improve the world our service users live in. So, last year we funded the think tank Demos to write a report on personalisation.

The thoughts of our staff and our patients can be seen throughout the document. We're campaigning so that the recommendations in the report become a reality.
