Involving those we care for (Acorns)
Feedback from those we care for is very important to us. It helps us to plan for the future and improve our services to ensure they continue to be incredible.
As part of this, we’re developing regional user groups of patients, families and carers and connecting them so that they can share their views and feed into our national group of Sue Ryder service users, ’Acorns’.
We also proactively ask for feedback from people who have used our services, so that we can constantly improve.
