Home care and support
If you are not able to travel, our nurses and other professional staff can visit you in your own home, ensuring you are able to access the care you need in the best place for you. Our befriending volunteers can also visit you at home, offering companionship and support if you feel this would be of interest to you.
Home care in Scotland
In Angus and Stirling we can provide home care to help people live independently. This is co-ordinated by one of our skilled registered complex care nurses, who provide flexible 24-hour personalised care plans, and work alongside other local services to make sure the best possible support is given.
Through home care we can also help with medication and end of life care, offer respite to carers and provide short-term rehabilitation and re-ablement programmes, so people can leave hospital sooner and continue their recovery at home.
