Thank you so much for choosing to support Sue Ryder. Without the support of incredible runners just like yourself we couldn’t continue the vital work we do. 

Throughout the lead up to the event we will be with you every step of the way. Right from sign up to a sweaty hug at the finish line. Part of our incredible care is to provide incredible training support for all our runners, triathletes, swimmers and adventurers.

Running with usWe’re delighted to introduce our new training partners. Nick, Phoebe and their team of coaches to make sure that you have all the support you need in the run up to the big day. 

RunningwithUs has years and years of experience advising and coaching runners of all levels, from complete beginner to elite level. As the coaching editors on Men's and Women's Running magazines they can answer any question or query you might have about training, injuries or preparation. 

You will receive

  • Time and goal based training schedules and training guide for running, cycling, multi-sport, walkers and adventure races over a 10-16 week period.  These plans cover everything from 6-week ‘walk run’ schedules for a 5km right through to marathons and triathlons.
  • Email Q&A helpline support during the training period with direct access to the RunningwithUs coaches.
  • Social media training support - providing you with the opportunity to take part in Facebook Q&A sessions, webinars and to ask questions of the coaching team via twitter.
  • Training Days – Action packed training days to give fundraisers an insight into the essentials of training, nutrition, strength and conditioning and stretching.
