Event details

  • Date: 22 July 2018
  • Location: King George V Playing Fields, Marley, Keighley, West Yorks, BD21 4DB
  • Time: 1.00pm

The Sue Ryder Manorlands PaintRush is back again, following on from the incredible success of last year's 'second coat'.

This is a colour run with a difference!

During the 5km PaintRush you will pass through seven colour stations where brightly coloured powder will be sprayed or thrown at you, turning your face, hair and complementary Sue Ryder PaintRush t-shirt a different shade each time!

We’ll also be using a few obstacles to slow you down through the feed stations so our volunteer ‘artists’ can get a better shot at you!

The powder is completely inert and won’t do you any harm, but on the day we'll be selling goggles for anyone who wants to protect their eyes.

The route

The route is a 5km run that laps the King George Fields at Marley, Keighley, twice. The route is almost completely flat with two 20m-long ascents and two 20m descents.

Entertainment after the run

After the event, there will be a family fun day with music, food and a bar, so why not make a day of it and stay right through the afternoon?
