Kick off the running season with the Keighley BigK!
Take on a challenging 10K or 5K in aid of Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice. Both runs, spomsored by Keighley Ford and Kia, Convenience Hire and Airedale Shopping Centre, follow a circular route through the parks, paths and roads of Keighley in West Yorkshire.
Run for Manorlands this Mothers' Day
Manorlands Hospice, based in Oxenhope, cares for people over 18 living with conditions such as cancer, liver failure and heart disease. Each year the hospice must find £2.1 million to provide its services - and events such as this are key in ensuring these services continue.
Many participants help our care by raising sponsorship to take part, though there is no obligation to do so. As the event is held on Mothers’ Day, many people take part in memory of their mum, while others do it with their mum or to make her proud.
In addition to water at the water stations, participants will receive a Keighley BigK T-shirt and all mothers who cross the line will receive a red carnation as a Mothers’ Day gift.

There will be an award for the running club with the fastest five female and five male members home, so please remember to select your club when you register.
Teams of five people can enter representing an organisation or group. The early bird entry rate is £55 per team, rising to £60 after 28th February.
When entering as a team, your group or organisation will have the opportunity to place promotional materials in the event goody bag and have a banner placed at the start/finish area on the day.
There will be awards for the organisation; gym, fitness centre or sports club; and school or college that enter the most participants, as well as an award for the team that raises the most for Sue Ryder Manorlands in sponsorship.
To enter a single team, register online here and follow the instructions for team entry. If you're an organisation with multiple teams to enter, however, please email email@example.com who can simplify the process for you.
