Congratulations to all of our runners who took part in the Virgin London Marathon on 22 April 2012.
Take to the streets of the capital and be part of the largest single fundraising event in the world. Attracting both elite and amateur runners this challenging course has established itself as one of the World Marathon Majors.
This iconic race starts in Greenwich Park, crosses Tower Bridge, ventures through the Isle of Dogs and financial districts before heading along Embankment and finishing in The Mall.
You’ll be running with 36,000 runners whilst being cheered on by 1,000,000 spectators. If that isn’t enough to spur you on we don’t know what is!
