We help people affected by cancer, multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, stroke, brain injury and life changing illnesses.

Big Scottish Swim

Make a splash and show you care at our annual open water swimming event.

Following the success of the 3rd Big Scottish Swim, we're doing it all again this summer.

Taking place on Saturday 18 August, The Big Scottish Swim is an open water swim in the picturesque village of Elie, Fife.  Where you can choose from either the half mile swim or challenge yourself to the full mile.

You're guaranteed a fun, challenging day, and what's more, the fundraising you undertake for Sue Ryder – Scotland will help us continue to provide care for people living through the challenges of life changing illness.

Entry is £20 and includes training pack, Sue Ryder swim cap, medal and a tasty burger at The Ship Inn.
Places are limited so we advise you to secure your place as soon as possible.
