We support people living through the challenges of life-changing illness. We support people in our residential and day centres, day clinics, in the community or at home. We help people affected by cancer, multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, stroke, brain injury and life changing illnesses.

Febru-hairy

Cookie duster, chin-muffler, soup-saver, spliced bangs and Mohawk are just some of the many terms used to describe hair.  And, just a few hairstyles Sue Ryder hopes people will be sporting on their heads and faces in February 2010.

We’d like as many people – companies, schools and colleges, individuals, pubs and community groups - as possible to get involved in our Febru-hairy month.  Host a bad hair day, get a group of friends or colleagues to wear a crazy wig for a day, do a sponsored leg wax or head shave or organise a beard or moustache competition are just some ideas people can choose from.

All money raised will go directly to help Sue Ryder continue to provide end of life and long term care to people living with conditions including; Cancer, Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia and Stroke.
